Welcome to ct111 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). ct111 is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform operated at https://ct111.cam and designed for use by Pakistani users and other eligible users worldwide.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and ct111. They govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features, tools and services made available through it.

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using any part of ct111, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the Platform, and in particular the creation of an Account, is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. ct111 enforces age verification through the KYC process without exception.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register an Account if you are legally prohibited from doing so in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering or participating.
• Single account: Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all Accounts held.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any equivalent restriction imposed by the Operator or any recognised responsible gambling authority.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ct111 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Resell, sublicence or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its Content;
• Scrape, crawl, spider or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means without prior written consent;
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or publicly display any Content without authorisation;
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with any security or access-control features of the Platform;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overburden or impair its infrastructure or servers;
• Frame or mirror any page of the Platform on another website or platform without prior written consent.

ct111 is an information and entertainment platform. We do not directly accept wagers, process payments or operate gaming software. All betting and gaming activity takes place on the Operator's own licensed platform. ct111 provides access to odds, casino content information and responsible gambling resources only.

The Platform and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ct111 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any Content. You rely on any information provided through the Platform entirely at your own risk.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account on your behalf.

You agree not to use your Account for any of the following purposes:

• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment instruments or false identity documentation;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other activity prohibited under applicable financial crime legislation;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes, exploit bonuses or circumvent Platform rules;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by use of a VPN, proxy service or other technical means;
• Uploading, transmitting or distributing malicious code, viruses or any content that may disrupt or harm the Platform or other Users.

ct111 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Where suspicious or prohibited activity is identified, ct111 and the Operator reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate an Account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

All financial transactions — including deposits and withdrawal requests — are processed by the Operator on its own licensed platform. ct111 as an information platform does not directly handle, hold or transfer User funds at any point.

For contextual reference, Pakistani users commonly use payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah when transacting with online platforms. The mention of these payment providers is for contextual familiarity only. ct111 makes no representation that these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions, and no affiliation or partnership with these providers is implied.

The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Operator's platform:

• A minimum deposit threshold applies. Illustrative amounts are expressed in PKR on relevant pages of this Platform. Actual minimums are set by the Operator and may vary.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified Accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Funds must be deposited from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are determined by the Operator. ct111 does not control or guarantee withdrawal processing timelines.
• All transaction amounts are subject to the Operator's applicable fees, limits and currency conversion rates where relevant.

ct111 may from time to time publish information regarding bonuses, welcome offers, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives offered by the Operator. All such information is provided for illustrative and informational purposes only.

The following conditions apply to all bonus and promotional offers:

• Operator terms govern: All bonuses are subject to the Operator's own terms and conditions, which take precedence over any illustrative description published on ct111. You must review the Operator's full bonus terms before claiming any offer.
• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are typically subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. ct111 will state illustrative wagering requirements where known, but actual requirements are confirmed by the Operator.
• Time limits: Bonus offers are subject to expiry dates. Bonuses not utilised within the applicable period will be forfeited without compensation.
• One per customer: Promotional offers are generally limited to one per customer, household, IP address and payment method. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times may result in Account suspension.
• No cash equivalent: Bonus credits and free bets have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn directly prior to the fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, page layouts and software — is the exclusive property of ct111 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view and access the Content solely for the purpose of using the Platform in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. In particular, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post or transmit any Content without prior written permission;
• Use ct111's trade name, logo or branding in any way that could imply association, endorsement or sponsorship;
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's Content or design.

Any Content you submit or upload to the Platform (including feedback, reviews or comments) is granted to ct111 under a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify and publish for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct111, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill;
• Gambling losses incurred on the Operator's platform or any other platform;
• Inaccuracies or errors in odds, statistics or Content published on the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform for any reason;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions.

ct111 acts solely as an information and entertainment platform. We do not accept wagers, hold User funds or operate gaming software. Any financial outcomes arising from gambling activity on the Operator's platform are entirely the responsibility of the User and the Operator. ct111 bears no liability whatsoever for such outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ct111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Your Account activity raises concerns regarding fraud, money laundering or other financial crime;
• You have provided false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• You are or become a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• ct111 is required to do so by law, regulatory directive or court order;
• ct111 decides, in its sole discretion, to discontinue the Platform or any feature thereof.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gambling reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and actioned with priority. Funds held in your Account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the Operator's withdrawal policy.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, liability limitations and governing law — shall continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

ct111 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Users in Pakistan and other locations are responsible for complying with all laws applicable in their respective jurisdictions, including but not limited to gambling, financial services, data protection and consumer protection legislation.

Any disputes arising between you and ct111 shall, where possible, be resolved amicably through direct communication with the support team. Where resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the Operator's licence jurisdiction, to whose exclusive jurisdiction you irrevocably submit.

ct111 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Where practicable, Users with registered Accounts will be notified of significant changes by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.

ct111 encourages you to review these Terms periodically. Archived versions of previous Terms may be made available upon written request to the support team.
